L I F T


Hello, Im Fitness-Fox and Im a Personal Trainer (to-be) A Personal Chef I specialize in Clean Whole Foods, I am also a Massage And Bodyworks Therapist. I specialize in Sports Massage Therapy and I LOVE what I do for a living. Im starting a business Venture called Fitness-Lab it's a Personal Training,Nutrition and Bodywork Company that will focus on clients with the will to kill fat and get in the most amazing shape of their lives. I plan on making it super fun Weekend Warrior camps, outdoor retreats, trail running, biking anything that gets the heart pumping and lifting weights.
I have been interested in Training for serveral years now, but only this past year have I began to take it seriously and really apply Clean eating and training to my life and overhauling my lifestyle. What Im using my blog space for is to document my journaey and my success. I have decided to get my ACE Personal Trainers Certification along side my Teaching Cert. I plan to teach Social Sciences and eventually teach at a College. I have to be clear minded and on top of my game 24/7 so taking care of myself, mind body and spirit is the key. I read Oxygen magazine it's no frills training for the serious minded fit-chick. I also love Bodybuilding.com it's a site I cannot live without. My goals this year is to lose tons of body fat. I just had a baby girl Ava she is 2months old and Beautiful and I have a son Isaiah 8 years old and beautiful. I want to set a fine example for them especially AVA. I plan on Training Hard and Playing hard. I also have the BMI goal of 13.1 to 13.4 body fat percentage. Im getting vicious with my fitness. Get Shredded...I'll Stay Posted and keep everyone up to date and motivated.
